My Story

My name is Angela and I am the owner of Whatâ€™s Cluckin Famous Fried Chicken in Plano, Texas. My husband and I are originally from Chicago. In 2005 we began our path of restaurant ownership in a ten year contract with a well known Chicago chicken franchise. After ten years and much consideration we decided the best path for us is complete ownership. Since 2015, we have owned and operated restaurants under our own trademark name and logo. This pivotal decision was the best for our Family legacy. 2025 marked 20 years in the industry and we are still passionate about restaurant ownership.
